Nice staff but needs updating of rooms
"The hotel has not maintained their room upholstery and furniture . I asked to change rooms when I saw my setee was visibly stained and the tv cabinet had a white residue on it . I was given a second room that had not setee . Furniture in both was extremely worn , banged up ."

Awesome stay!
"During our stay at University, Hilton was very pleasant thanks to the front desk. Staff Rebecca and Brittany were amazing. I truly appreciate the guidance and support they showed during my daughter‘s graduation and John. The bartender was also wonderful."

"My husband and I were in Charlotte to help our daughter move into her new apartment. We've only been to Charlotte a few times and wanted to be as close to her and the Kasa was super close and in a lovely neighborhood. Our space was small but mighty.. Very comfortable and had everything we needed ..."
