Excellent service when a problem arises.
"When I first arrived to the room, it smelled like smoke and as well as very musty. The people at the front desk were quick to correct this and housekeeping freshen the whole room up and re-vacuumed. So my several nights there were pleasant."

Lovely House with Large Kitchen
"The house was beautifully decorated and furnished well. We enjoyed the large kitchen. The host responded to questions quickly and well. It is a beautiful region. Views were lovely, and roads and driveway were scraped of snow before we had time to think about it."
