“We stayed at Angelique's Lakefront Tiny Haven to attend my grandma's 87th in Lakeport. It started with a lovely note on the front door greeting our stay. Neighbors were exceptional friendly, and Angelique was full of great energy. This tiny haven is walking distance from a couple of great eating establishments and a fantastic Asian spice store. It sits across the road from the lake featuring a dock for beautiful views while sipping on coffee. I didn't have a need for the water sports this go……

“The cottage is newly decorated and well appointed. The lake is across the quiet street with wonderful access. Parking is at the cottage. It was a great stay.”

We had our 23’ boat and the dock and mooring was perfect and made it very easy. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. ”

“We had an amazing time at this beautiful lakefront home in Nice, CA for our family’s 4th of July getaway. The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved the direct water access—it made the weekend feel like a true escape. One of the highlights was the private pier great for fishing and boat dock, which made lake time so easy and enjoyable.The home also featured a fantastic hot tub, a nice BBQ grill. Great outdoor sitting areas with prefer views. Which was such a fun and nice touch for group……

“A perfect stay in a lovely place. Angelique and her helpers were very sweet in arranging a wonderful quick getaway for my family. 2 famiies, 2 adults and 2 kids range (14, 11) and another family with 2 adults, 1 kid 12, and a 81 year old Grandmother. The kids all slept together in bunk beds. There was plenty of space to gather. They helped us clean the grill and brought propane for 5 more. They were all available, helpful, and super pleasant. Angelique was very generous in her check out time and……

“The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), mice were running from the ceiling at night.”
