“When we checked in there was a private gala happening-tons of people, minimal parking, but the staff was great. Once to our toon we didn’t hear a peep from the event downstairs. We used to stay at a different hotel when in town- we will be staying here again in the future!”

“Wonderful stay: friendly staff, room was spacious, with nice features, details and furniture. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Large bathroom and the whole room was super clean. Very close to the university and the stadium. Highly recommend a great experience. ”

“We can’t say enough about our stay at the Lake. It was plenty big enough for our family of 11, Kitchen is outfitted with everything you need and lake access was tremendous. We spent most days on the back patio enjoying wildlife and family games. The town of Iva is a quaint spot and Abbeville is only 20 minutes away and full of history and a great downtown. You can’t miss with staying here!”
