I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from 5/24/25 to 5/25/25, itinerary #73114576798638. During my stay, I experienced a significant issue due to construction work taking place in the lobby that was not properly communicated to guests. I found that the upon of arrival.
Specifically, there was a major construction project with extensive dust and noise, which was not disclosed at any point during the booking process. The resulting dust and fumes caused me considerable discomfort and I believe contributed to an illness I developed shortly after my stay.
I was expecting a comfortable and safe stay, and the lack of communication regarding the construction was unacceptable. The dust and fumes in the lobby were so severe that it was impossible to avoid being affected.
I request that you consider a partial refund for my stay as compensation for the inconvenience and health issues caused by the undisclosed construction. Alternatively, I would appreciate a complimentary future stay to make up for the poor experience.
