The house has all up-to-date appliances and fixtures throughout, new tiled/natural rock bathrooms, and carpet in the all bedrooms. There is lovely oak flooring in the grand family room.

There is a brand new, year round, covered Hot-Tub with seating for up to 6 people, professionally maintained. This Rim Home is warm and comfortable, perfect for Tahoe vacations all year round.

The ski season usually runs from Thanksgiving to Easter, Casinos entertainment nearby at the CA/NV state line village.
