“This was large enough and the best location for out of town family in for a funeral.”

“We were in town for a short stay to attend a family event. The condo was perfect. The area was quiet, the surroundings very relaxing. We enjoyed a good dinner at the clubhouse and found the staff to be very friendly. If we had more time, it would have been a treat to spend several more days. ”

“I loved this place. It was so nice, roomy and comfortable. My adults kids met me in Spring City and we had Christmas. The house was perfect sized and the layout was family friendly. The rooms were all decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful. It was comfortable for all with plenty of room. I have absolutely no complaints what so ever. I will stay again. ”

“The condo was adorable. Sadly, we had to checkout early, as something was wrong with the internet & TV & a tech could not come out for 4 days. Other then that, it was a lovely little get away from our Florida flat land to the beautiful mountains. We are staying at a families home for the rest of the trip. Highly recommend coming here & using Vrbo. We hope to use them again for future trips.”

“We have visited Lake Tansi resorts for 30+ years and appreciate this updated three bedroom condo. However, the cleanliness was concerning - the toilet was only spot cleaned as evident by the dirty underside of the toilet seat and hair was left in the shower and on bed sheets. When I called to request maintenance for a slow drain and reported the cleaniness issues she apologized. Not much more they could do at that point. The maintenance crew was quick to help with a bath tub not draining and……
