“We booked Phillip’s place for a wedding in Benton at Sainte Terre. The cottage was clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and reasonably close to the venue - 15 minutes. There are not a lot of restaurant options in Benton but Bossier City is 20 minutes away. The host was responsive and our weekend stay was perfect. ”

“My husband and I stayed at Grant’s and Lauren’s property in November 2023. Their place is absolutely awesome. I enjoyed (and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood, each day, looking at the beautiful foliage and restored homes. The instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and easily managed, even after dark. Grant messaged quickly to ensure we had no issues. “My daughters and I stayed here and found the accommodations to more than expected. The house offers plenty of space and all the necessities and more! We were able to see lots of ducks, catch quite a few catfish and a couple of bass. The beds and furnishings were all very comfortable. The owner was still at the property when we arrived and was extremely nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend ”
