“I noticed there were no smoke alarms for either Bedroom. Only one by the frony door/kitchen. Scary now a days”

“We had a pleasant stay overall, though there were some inconveniences. A more thorough property inspection before guests arrive would have been appreciated, as there were several damaged or missing items that weren't communicated beforehand. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic back view with the pool and basketball court, which provided plenty of enjoyment and fun.”

“We booked the monkey cottage as a quick little trip before our cruise. The overall stay was great! We enjoyed coffee poolside and our teens enjoyed their night swim's. The space was great for a family of 4. The amenities are top notch. The hosts were very timely to requests. I was very happy with the interior cleanliness. Thank you!”

“Overall our stay at this property was very nice. Check in process was very easy and the host was communicative throughout our stay. The location of this house was prefect and easy to get to the beach and the airport. There were plenty of towels which is always a plus and the patio with the fan and speakers was definitely a highlight for us. ”

“Kyle our host was absolutely amazing! Communication was top notch. Property is absolutely beautiful and accommodating. My family and I stayed on property all week and enjoyed every minute of it. The pool, bar areas, cabanas, lounging areas, grill area and mini golf were perfect. We had one small issues that was immediately corrected and Kyle was more than willing to accommodate. “The property is just as described; a tiny house. Even though I am a 6'4, 225 lbs plus man, I felt very comfortable in the tiny house. Did my head hit the ceiling at some areas Yes but I expected that. Another good thing about the property is the host. Gus was very responsive and great at communicating every time I need it to address a Minor issue in that property. I will be staying there in the future should the need arise. I do recommend it but just note the description is accurate a tiny……

“Property is spacious and well equipped. Check in and communication was a breeze. Downtown and the beaches are not walking distance but we had a hire car so that was fine. General cleanliness needs some improvement. I expected the whole house to be immaculate but found previous occupants hair in the shower, dusty shelves and the fridge needed cleaning. It isn't deal breaker though and would stay again. ”

“The owners deserve a great comment on how well they've made the property so homey and well prepared. I was a little reserved about the location, but it was good. The reservation and access process was very good and easy. The owners were very accomodating with early access. Only concern is to be sure that you understand the limitations of occupancy and visitors. The property is beautiful if you can use all of it including the wonderful backyard & pool. ”

“The house was nicely appointed with all the things we needed. It was very clean and all the beds were very comfortable. The house is in an older neighborhood and the houses were clse together but the area was quite. Please note there is only room for one vehicle in the drivewsy. Street parking was not an option. We were all n the same vehicle so it was not a problem. We had a great stay and would return again. The host were quick to reply and checking in was easy. ”
