The upper two floors feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, and an open living area with magnificent views.
The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. This level also boasts a spacious grand living area complete with a fireplace, multiple TVs, a pool table, and a foosball table.
One of the home's standout features is its two outdoor decks facing the water, providing breathtaking views. On a clear day, you can even see the majestic Mt. Rainier in all its glory. This home offers everything you need for a memorable family gathering

The highlight of this home is the lofted master suite, a spacious retreat with a king bed and a separate daybed/lounge area, providing a serene space to relax. For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby hiking trails offer opportunities for scenic walks and invigorating hikes amidst nature's beauty. A 0.3 mile from the property, you'll find the boat launch site so you can explore the magnificent waters of Puget Sound.
A grocery store, Home Country Store, is located 11-minutes by car, although more restaurants and shops can be found a few miles north and across the lake.
Downtown Tacoma is only 40 minutes away. Here, you'll find the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, the Tacoma Dome event center, and the LeMay Car Museum. From this peaceful haven, SeaTac is just an hour drive away.
Getting Around:
Exploring Longbranch and its surroundings is a breeze with a car. Our property offers ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles, and its prime location provides easy access to major roads. This ensures straightforward travel around the Key Peninsula and to nearby cities, making your adventures hassle-free.
