“it is not 5 star so minor problem didn't bother us. Like its a challenge to open the door or no toilet paper holder. The room was way bigger than the other hotel/inn with same price in the area. My 2 small dogs were able to play around. Its clean, quiet, safe, convenient and good continental breakfast... we are definitely staying here again.”

“Good location and we stayed to visit mt. Shasta and Burney falls. Both are at the same 50 miles distance but are in triangle. So, we completed one first and then went to the other next. Overall, nice hotel and good experience ”

“Definately an older property, but it got the job done. The front desk staff that greated me gave some great advice about trails and was very friendly. It can be hard to travel with a larger family and it was nice that there were ample beds and privacy (we were in a suite). Super close to hiking trails and waterfalls. Lots of lakes and other small towns, such as Mt. Shasta, nearby. ”

“Beautiful lake location. Loved watching the evening sunset from the deck. Lots of room to spread out. Lovely quiet neighborhood. I don't recommend trying to get down to the water if your senior or carrying a child. Great retreat are so close to boat rentals. Thank you so much!”

“The property was gorgeous and the view from the deck was breathtaking. Living near a major city with all the light pollution that comes with it, I don't get to see the stars much. I loved laying out on the deck at night, looking at the shooting stars and the Milky Way. The beds were comfortable and the rain shower was a great way to wake up. The only complaint is the book full of rules that wasn't mentioned in the listing. There were a lot of rules. ”

“My company had a three week project in Redding and thought this retreat would be a great opportunity for the men to stay instead of typical hotel rooms for 3 weeks. My installers really enjoyed the space, home cooking and relaxing on the porch! A little fishing at the lake in the evening! Everything was outstanding, the home, the condition of everything and the hosts Dave and Lori! Would not hesitate to book this great retreat again. Thank You!”

“This is a beautiful property, close to the water. The whole block is rentals through the same company so you can coordinate a retreat for a large group. Each home has plenty of sleeping areas, full kitchen, and water toys. Highly recommend. ”

"This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure."
