The property was in a great location right across from a Cracker Barrel. A very simple take to go breakfast. You will have to stop for breakfast later. Couch bed was dirty and needed to be cleaned out.

Smelly room so saturated with a cover up spray. No garbage pail in kitchen. No dishes or supplies. 1 sm bar of bathroom soap. Breakfast was a joke, 4 muffins, and 2 granola bars at 8:15 am Sofas need to be cleaned in the lobby. no juice, no milk. No cereal, no eggs. Nothing hot At least cracker barrel was across the street I felt like I was motel 6 The lady at the front desk was very nice

Near I4 I. Lakeland. Applebees and Cracker Barrel within a block. Several restaurants within a few minutes’ drive The room was clean and comfortable, maybe a bit dated. The room had a fridge, microwave, and surprisingly a dishwasher. Although there were no dishes in the room. I stayed one night and was happy with the hotel. If you’re looking for fancy, you probably won’t want to pick this one One point in the room’s favor; LVT rather than carpet floors. It just seems cleaner and neater

Extended Stay America is buckling the trend. Anybody else is going upmarket, but Extended Stay is committed to go as low as possible. The card entry system cannot get any older. I had to go for several trips as the card’s demagnetized . Then you have to opt in to get dishes, cutlery, pans, coffee maker and a toaster. You have to carry them by yourself from the lobby to your room. The rooms have no napkins, tissues box. There is no housekeeping service for 7 days. They give you a soap bar and a small shampoo plastic tube. No conditioner, no bathroom gel. The TV in the room cannot get on internet with Netflix services. There is a desk with a defective office chair that does not raise. Like I said, this is a reference example how to godownmarket

Washing machines are not correctly numbered if you use the app! I had to purchase a single use of tide, the quarters got stuck in the machine. Staff proceeded to tell me!!! There is nothing they can do because they don’t have a key. The remote batteries were dead, staff had no tools to replace the batteries. Luckily I have tools on me to say the least. Also watch where you walk the flooring in the rooms is not installed correctly!!

The property is a little older but maintained very well and clean, and the staff was very polite and friendly. Their pet policy is one of the best we could find in the Lakeland area as well

The property is dirty and the staff pretty much ignore you. In a weeks stay never got room service and I had to mop the floors myself!! N You also need to bring dirty towels to the front desk yourself and empty your own garbage. Rooms are in bad condition. The “grill” on site is ancient and being used as a communal ashtray!! Super disappointed!! We only stayed here because other hotels were fully booked. The area was safe with good dining and shopping and they had lots of chairs at the pool, but that’s about the only positive. My husband even had to skim the pool. I feel like they should’ve paid me for all the work we put in as a “guest”!!

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the last ten years. It really could use an upgrade. Bathroom, bedroom and living areas are "tired". They supply a "breakfast" that consists of packaged hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, pre-packaged muffins, and various breakfast bars. The coffee is not very good. This is a step down from the past. Not really a perk.
