Requesting credit card details fee days after the payment was paid in full and refusing to provide keys unless we provide the credit card details again? You had a washing machine but no clothes line, toilets at near the pool was always closed. Bed was uncomfortable n very small There was no coffee table in the lounge room. Taking customers credit card details for a fully paid account, by force, wouldn’t be in line with Australian Consumer Laws?

The bed was comfy. Nice walks around and across the road was the water channel. Extra bonus of a washing machine in unit but u had to have your own basket and pegs. BBQ worked really well. Nice to have a separate bedroom to the living space. This is a second time back and there will be many returns.

Enjoyed our stay at Hibiscus. A few maintenance issues would have made it better. Front door banged shut because latch was broken. Back door was dory and the windows needed cleaning. The remote was temperamental and didn’t work all the time couldn’t tv on then couldn’t turn off.

The room was spacious, but very drafty as there wasn’t any weather stripping at the bottom of the door. It was rainy and cold so that was noticeable. Would have loved to make use of the washing machine, but the weather wasn’t cooperative to hang things out to dry. Enjoyed having enough space to stay indoors with friends and play card games.

Could be really good, excellent position and well kept. Problems with remote registration and the need to supply copies of personal documents prior to acceptance but post payment to booking agency is inconvenient and cyber dangerous. Wifi unsecured . And the laundry is machine only with a clothes rack to dry which takes two days inside. Fan failed to work and there were no instructions for use of equipment. No information from the surrounding area and no personal contact made the stay sterile and unwelcoming.
