“This is a recently renovated building conversion. Lovely, well-appointed units, fully equipped. Ground floor units have exceptionally high ceilings. Not well soundproofed, evidence of leaking from the second floor (ceiling not yet repaired). Ample parking, and can walk everywhere.”

“We stayed in the condo from Thursday to Monday the last weekend in October. We came into town for the Taylor Swift concert in New Orleans but wanted to stay near the beach. This resort was perfect! It was an hour and 15 minute drive to the Superdome which was very easy. We loved enjoying our coffee on the balcony each morning and walking with our coffee on the beach. This property is literally beachfront so you take the elevator down two flights walk past the pool and you were at the beach. We……

“This was a weekend trip for my daughter and I to connect and heal after losing my husband, her father two months ago. This was our first Easter without him and we didn’t want to wake up in our home alone and sad. This was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet, beach was walking distance away and nearly private this time of year. “We were very excited to stay at this beautiful home. The location was perfect! Unfortunately we discovered ants and termites all over the kitchen when we arrived. The host said she would send an exterminator but ended up only dropping off a can of bug spray the next day. There was no hair dryer as listed and only one hand towel for my family of 6. When I contacted the host, she originally advised us to use the provided paper towels during our stay, but later dropped of a hair dryer and two……

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect! Morning coffee on the front porch was a great way to start each day! Alex, our host, was very kind and provided great instructions for the home, as well as suggestions for our stay. We cant wait to come back again! ”
