“Tile floors dusty, dirty, grass, food crumbs. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms had 1/4 inch grime and dust. 2 bedrooms had substandard windows coverings. Front and back yards were unkempt. Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. ”

My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. Arkansas had so much to see & do, we can’t wait to come back!! ”

“We were in town for a family & friends celebration and wanted a gathering spot that could house 8-10 of us. We had two adjoining units in the Urban Bungalow and it worked out perfectly! The decor is really cute, the location is convenient, it was clean, and the breakfast was a nice touch. I totally recommend staying here!”
