The home had several little thoughtful extra such as automatic blinds, bidet,security system, camp chairs etc but the house was not clean; used bandages on night stand, coffee left in coffee pot, dusty, used tp in downstairs bathroom laying on the floor, hot tub had sand in it and the jets did not work, Unable to use space above boat house which appeared to be available in listing, the heating/cooling system doesnt function……

“This is a shared house. I hit it lucky and no one else came in, but I realize I could have ended up sharing the one bathroom with up to four other people.The bed is uncomfortable and sags badly.
