Boasting private beach access, sweeping mountain and lake views, and a prime location less than 20 miles from Garden City, this spacious home provides the perfect year-round choice for special group getaways like family reunions. Expansive outdoor areas offer plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view, while the large property sets the stage for lawn games, basketball, or backyard swimming. A gas grill is provided for summertime cookouts. Enjoy the beach fires and s’mores at the beautiful beach fireplace. Fantastic community features include multiple sports courts (pickle ball, tennis, basketball) and a boat ramp, which you can access during your stay.
The beautiful home is part of the exclusive Eden Ranch HOA which limits occupancy to 18 people at any time and has strict quiet hours of 10PM to 8AM. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is the home for you.
The expansive main-floor interior features an open-concept layout designed for group gatherings. A luxe sectional and sleek, inset fireplace set the stage for casual downtime in the great room. The stainless steel kitchen is sure to inspire family-style feasts, and there's plenty of seating between the breakfast bar and dining table. You'll also be able to take in gorgeous sunset and lake views from each bedroom. Additional features and amenities include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, a Ping-Pong table, and two washers/dryers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
