A couple days before our reservation, the owner called very apologetic, informing us that there was a sewer backup and that we wouldn't be able to stay there. But he had a friend who owned a similar size house 5 minutes away, who would be able to put us up for the night, no change in rates or anything. He was super apologetic and went out of his way to get us……
