“We really enjoyed our time at this cottage. It is about a 20 minute walk to the downtown area. The cottage itself is very cute but the best part is the outdoor areas- huge double lot with mature plantings and multiple seating areas. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“We stayed in the home and the detached cottage with our adult children. Everything was very clean and the courtyard was so beautiful and relaxing. We loved sitting under the pergola and sipping wine, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient.”

“Catherine and John are great hosts, communicative, helpful and kind. We appreciated all of their efforts to ensure our stay was peaceful. They even delivered cheese, crackers and fruit the first night of our stay. Their cottage is just outside of town, close to amenities, in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed hiking the area, especially Tomales Point Trail!”

“For a last-minute trip away from home, we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Seeing as my sister and I had to work, it was set up in a way that accommodated us perfectly. The decor was older but perfectly clean and cozy. There was plenty of storage and supplies that fit our needs. The location is isolated but also close enough to anything we needed in town. We would stay again!”

We enjoyed our visits with her, and appreciated her attention to detail in the cottage, and her friendly suggestions for things to do in the area! “It was our 1st time in Sonoma for my husband’s birthday & we had a fabulous time. Our Casitas was lovely, super clean & in a perfect location. The lovely garden was a plus. We’ll definitely come back & hopefully this house will be available. ”
