"Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!"

"Host is great. We got in town a lot earlier than originally planned and Jason got the house ready to and let us check in. Then the rain came and we had to extend our stay until the river went down and Jason stayed in contact with us, blocked out dates so we could stay if needed … and we needed to. ..."
