“Great location, and well appointed however there is no thermostat control. It was set to 73 which was 65 in the downstairs apartment. A small space heater was provided and I was able to borrow a larger one. Also, because there is a window a/c unit, the window does not close and lock. (As a single female traveler, this made me a little uneasy). I would stay again- albeit in warmer months!”

“was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. ”

“The property was really nice and clean. At first the check in instructions seem a lot, but it was very easy to check in and access the building. Wish we had time to experience the pool and top deck, maybe next time. We will be back”

“Love feeling local. This property lets you live downtown and not stay in a hotel. Rarely see another guest. I've stayed here so many times, it feels like my second home.”

“Really enjoyed staying here with my parents, easy to access, clear communication on entry instructions. The apartment was cute and allowed us some privacy for our stay! The only downside was parking, we got a ticket for being overnight and the washer/dryer was a combo unit which means the "drying" didn't totally dry. Please keep in mind that those things I listed as "downsides" wouldn't keep me from coming back! Still a really great alternative to other short term rentals!”
