“The lady who checks you in and runs the place is a saint. She took care of me during a difficult time. She made sure I was safe, helped me book a ferry and taxi to get back to Athens to go home due to a medical and personal emergency. She even made sure I ate and had water. “The property was beautiful! Each room felt very private and had incredible amenities. Ours had a jacuzzi which we used every day! You could walk to the nearby town which was very convenient. The staff was quick to provide recommendations and provided extra touches to make our stay run smoothly and feel very luxurious. “Great stay at the Windmill. The location is picturesque and overlooks the entire port. For those where views are king, this is the place for you. The service was amazing and check in was very easy. The host was knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations as to where to go. “Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. “Lovely large apartment (superior suite) with an east facing and a west facing patio. No real views but the back patio was surrounded by beautiful spring wildflowers. Inside it's spacious with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've had. Everything super clean and well cared for.
