“This is my favorite spot in all of Ethiopia. It was my second stay at this hotel and proved to be as special as the first. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. The view from the balcony is extraordinary with crows, eagles and hawks flying at by. The morning coffee was delicious and everyone was extremely accommodating and kind. I highly recommend.”

“Personally, I loved the simplicity and minimalism of the hotel. The uniqueness. The noises you can hear through the walls. (I need noise to fall asleep and I was there over Timket celebration) I call this luxury. Wifi. A bed (with shiny bedding). A shower and running water. Friendly staff. A TV that I never used. (Like who needs television when life itself is entertaining enough). Transfer currency to Birr, as that is the only currency accepted. It states Complimentary water and transportation.……

“This is a very basic hotel. But despite the many shortfalls ( like no toilet amenities, breakfast was just eggs and bread, no wifi in rooms, hotel is on the main road so it is noisy) I can still say that I made a good decision to stay in this hotel. They communicated well with me prior to my arrival so they made proper arrangements for my hotel transfer. They also hooked me up with a local guide for tours.  Staff was helpful.
