“We were visiting family in the Memphis area for the holiday weekend and needed some extra space to accommodate our group. We found Ronnie‘s house on VRBO and it was perfect. The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The house itself was super clean and furnished to perfect perfection for our group. Ronnie was an extremely helpful host and very responsive to any questions that came up. I would definitely recommend it and we plan to stay there again on future trips through Memphis.”

The property and ammenities were in shambles or dodn't exist at all. Advertised 32" TV's in cabins, but no TV's. Advertised restaurant on property, but no restaurant, sign on door said closed due to Covid, but judging by peeks through the windows, hasn't been open in 20 years. “Stayed here for about a month for work. The basic king room does fit a small family comfortably the travel crib fit perfectly beside the bed. There was a few dead bugs in the bathroom and the front bottom of the toilet leaked a little after being flushed.
