Large country house - Close to the sea

Welcome to the “Mirault” house✨

In the heart of a large wooded garden, 7 minutes from the sea, this recently renovated house welcomes you in an exceptional and peaceful setting!

Layout of the house:

- Large, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, coffee maker, etc.)
- Living room with fireplace - sofa - TV
- 5 bedrooms including one on the ground floor with private bathroom
- 2 toilets
- 2 bathrooms
- Laundry room with washing machine

🥾 The GR34 hiking trail (customs trail) is 10 minutes from the house.

⛵The port of Pleneuf Val André and its restaurants are also 10 minutes from the house

belle maison de campagne proche de la mer

sejour excellent belle maison très grande pour rassembler une famille le rdc est spacieux avec un grand séjour et une grande salle pour manger à 15 au moins , les chambres sont assez grandes , le jardin immense pour jouer . l'endroit permet d'acceder vite à la plage de Pléneuf à recommander c'est la première fois que nous louons une maison aussi grande avec un prix raisonnable .
