"We had a reservation for 2 days here unfortunately when we check in nobody was there in the property it was 3:30pm of February 14,2025. We talked to the property owner and she said don't have any reservations for me that day. Long story short she did not check me in at all and she told me I got scammed ..."

I would be writing to request for a full refund. The place is not conducive for 10 adults
"The property was too small to accommodate 10 adults, water is very slow and will take at least 20 minutes for one adult to finish taking a shower. Kitchen is part of the garage.
