Having a toddler it was great to have the park and animals. There are two indoor pools where some older kids stayed in one and us and our toddler were able to enjoy the other. The bird in hand market is so close and so great. The restaurant which is walking distance from the inn was closed for renovations. We went there prior to and is great as well. Great location for surrounding attractions.

This is a wonderful place to stay for all ages. The room was spotless, and our bed was comfortable. The property grounds are well maintained; it's a great place for kids to play and adults to relax outside. We didn’t swim, but the indoor pools were really lovely to see. We were unaware that the restaurant was closed for rebuild/restoration, as there was nothing in the listing to indicate that. We were quite disappointed when we realized it. We will be quick to say, however, that the front staff and the hospitality crew were of the finest sort, and these along with the other items we mentioned above compel us to give the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn a 5-star review!

This property, though it was under construction during our stay, is a diamond the rough. Very nice. Plenty to do for a family. Location is perfect! Right in the middle of everything. Great people and great service. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s really amazing experience in Amish town! However we didn’t get the room in the building. The first floor kind like too close to the road. Hopefully next time we can get better rooms.

This property feels like a hidden gem! My husband, who is VERY particular, was really impressed. The staff are amazing and so helpful, especially Tammy, the Manager, and Jess at the front desk! The amenities ( 2 indoor pools, hot tub, jacuzzi tub, spacious suites) are great. There are plenty of things to explore on the property and several things to do within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning!
