This property was nothing what i expected. There wasn’t any activities for my children. The room i picked was not the room i received. I called the front desk and they said it would be taken care of at checkout which didn’t happen. The children’s channels on the tv was out all night. The only cartoons they could watch was the adult ones that’s very inappropriate. I will never book with this property again.

We loved our room and where we were located. Breakfast was good for the buffet. Dinner not so great was out of a lot and burger was burnt. Kids made a lot of friends. We went when there were a couple events so there were a lot of girls running around yelling and taking over the pool. So we took most of the fun out side in the big area to play soccer and football. Which was awesome. Loved the fire pits and the housekeeping were really nice. As well as the staff greeting us when we checked in and out very helpful and nice. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great time. Lots of activities offered thank goodness as the weather was bad. Great breakfast! Buffet style. Someone said the blinds were see through… haha… 2 sets blinds… one set you see out but they can’t see in… I like that, with another blind that just closes room off…. The tub did drain a little slow….. but we were a bit slow too….. good time had by all!

We had bugs in our room, the rooms were dark, the staff was friendly but had no idea how to do stuff. They charged my card double when they weren’t supposed too, didn’t know how make a room changes and just weren’t prepared. We left a few hours later and got a new hotel!

Overall, this hotel was very clean and an awesome theme. There was a nice little indoor pool, the outdoor pool looked really cool, a little shop and a little arcade. It was very disappointed, though in the restaurant itself. The menu was extremely limited, it took forever to get our food, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Otherwise. Everything about this hotel was really nice. Even the location was very convenient.

The check in process was an absolute nightmare. There were 4 employees standing there but only 3 were checking people in. The noise in the lobby area was beyond obnoxiously loud and was impossible to try to have a conversation with staff. The bunk bed in our room was rather rickety. I definitely would not have this place on my list of hotels to stay at again. In all fairness this was actually a motel so your use of the term hotel was very deceiving and if we had known that we wouldn’t have chosen it at all.

Although we stayed here for a basketball tournament and didn’t get to use the pool or took part in any of the kids’ activities, I can attest that this place is well run. From the moment we checked in with Sebastian we knew we had made the right choice. The room was really cute with cartoon decor and the sheets smelled and felt like super clean linens. It’s near to many shopping centers and Target it’s a 4 minute drive. Golden Corral is next to it, for those who like that type of buffet style restaurant. Spooky Nook Sports Complex is a 17 minute easy drive. One suggestion would be to get a poolside room on the lower level, otherwise you will face the parking lot and main road which is more like a highway. I Highly recommend this place, especially if you happen to find it at a good price like I did.

Calling it a hotel is misleading because the majority of rooms are motel rooms. The room had a lot of bugs/gnats in it. The beds were very uncomfortable. I think, overall, there was a lot of disappointment in the hotel.
