Was early Spring and pool wasn’t open but uncovered. Looked like it needed attention. Otherwise lawn and gazebo were in great shape. Room was clean but could use fresh paint. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Only saw one staff member while there. Reception set up self serve breakfast while managing the front desk. Lobby provides coffee and great seating area with area brochures. Great deal for price.

We have been staying here for years and have been less pleased each time. Rooms are definitely not deep cleaned. Our 1st room smelled like cigarettes. There were ashes on the window sill and a/c unit. Carpet looked dirty and did. It appear to be vacuumed. The woman at the Front desk was lovely and switched us to another room which was a vast improvement. It looked like people are living in some of the rooms as homes, not as hotel guests.

First impression: the door took five minutes to unlock due to the lock malfunctioning. Upon stepping into the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke; and the first thing I saw was stained pillowcases. Looking around the room further, I saw that 1. The microwave was missing a leg 2.the chair provided had a rip in the seat upholstery 3. Coffee had been spilled on the AC and never cleaned 4. There was hair in the shower. I asked the front desk for a refund so that we could go to a different hotel. Front desk attendant was apologetic and agreed, she was the best part about the whole experience actually. After taxes, our stay for two nights was going to be $370; far too expensive for a room that looked like it hadn’t been maintained since the 90s.

The property needed a major upgrade! Cleaning staff did not do a good job. Food was still left in the refrigerator from previous staff. Dust was thick on furniture and looked like needed major repairs. No elevator.

I had my room changed 3 times in a matter of 4 days. The first night they gave me room 157 that smelled moldy. They sheets had stains of dried food And dog hair on the bed. I asked my to change my room they changed to another building/ room 128. That room also had a smell and COCKROACHES & BED BUGS . I didn’t notice until the next morning. As a bed bug crawled onto my pillow They refused to give me a refund and only gave me the option to switch my room to ANOTHER BUILDING. As I didn’t have a choice with 3 young children I didn’t have a choice but to stay there another night. They also gave me clean towels but on 1 of the towels there was a “poop or blood” stain and had to request more clean towels . And not to mention ALL OF THE ROOMS WERE DUSTY!

Property was old and run down. Had to take slippery, uncovered outdoor metal stairs in the rain to 2nd floor room. Breakfast was skimpy and very low quality. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Building 1300 smelled of cigarettes, Like really old cigarettes. The bed felt like it was two mattresses of different thickness laid side to side. It was quite though and the room served its purpose. The tv didn’t work.
