The property was great, we were aware of the construction/remodel happening, and the staff we encountered were always pleasant. BUT, on our first night, we were awoken around 3:30-4am to what sounded like endless vacuuming, to find out later that morning that it was a large fan directly outside our room, next to where the sofabed was, where one of us was sleeping. Apparently there was a burst pipe so they had to try and dry it up. They then asked us to move rooms so they could continue to monitor, however, after moving us, we didn't see anymore fans near that room, so that made us wonder a bit. Additionally, before they asked us to move, some of the construction workers were having a bit of fun outside our room, and we were in the room working and talking conference calls so that caused us a little heartburn. On Saturday night, our last night there, we kept hearing loud music and thumping. We thought it was coming from next door, only to find it was directly below us, and that room was having a party. We called down to the front desk 3 times because we were trying to go to sleep (this was around midnight). It was just not the best experience and we're usually pretty chill and tend not to complain much. It just felt like this could have been a better experience. The front desk said there was nothing they could do for us since we didn't book through them directly. Again, it just felt like 2 out of 4 nights were not great for us.

I would have really liked to tell you the whole experience however the character limitations on this form won’t allow for that. I will offer that The accommodations were great (despite the floor above - noise from construction/remodeling efforts we later found out), the customer service left much to be desired. This stay was most interesting and if it were not for Jorge, this scores would be much lower than it is. This score is an indicator of some much needed staff to really understand the magnitude and responsibility of the hospitality industry. I will highlight that Jorge is management material under the right tutelage. Jorge made us feel cared for and deemed our concerns as important feedback to relay to management, toward further improvements. Never received a call from the manager (despite requests) and I did not call the manager. It took a week to decide whether I was going to give feedback, just to ensure I dispelled some steam before I right this experience in sequence.

My room appeared to be clean until I finally decided to pull the covers back. There was hair all over the sheets as well as brown crumbs of something all over the sheers as well. I had to back to the front desk and let the lady know what was going on to get a different room.

I had to book a hotel room in the area unexpectedly. The price was reasonable, and Springhill Suites is reputable. I was very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff and the size and cleanliness of the room. The lobby area was also lovely. Although I did not take advantage of the breakfast, it was much better than most hotels that include breakfast. I was happy with their offerings. I would absolutely stay there again.

Bed stain, came to unit and they had no water til 5 PM. Wall part came off. Mildew discoloration in the roof of the tub. We called for plumbing because of a loud noise when we flushed and no one came.

The hotel was really nice and freshly renovated! The beds are so comfortable too. Only thing is there currently remodeling still so we had to ice machines and a bit dusty in those areas but other than that it was clean, quite and I will definitely be back again.

I liked that improvements were being made to the 'Property' but there was 'by product' in the form of debris and garbage on the premises. Also, there were tv problems, wrong room, hotel management not following thru on a remedy they suggested... So much distraction taking away from enjoying this stay!
