“Gute Erreichbarkeit mit mehren Strassenbahnlinien, u a die 16 zu Messe und z Hauptbahnhof. Perfekte Organisation, zumindest für solche, die nicht unbedingt einen persönlichen Kontakt brauchen. Für den Schlüssel-Code beim Eingangstor benötigte ich nachts eine Lampe ( Handy), um richtig zu tippen. Nachbarhaus wird gerade renoviert, aber keinerlei störenden Lärm oder Schmutz. Das Appartement tadellose renoviert mit kleinen, liebevollen Details. Ein gemütliches Café oder Restaurant in der Nähe habe……

“Our second stay at this apartment located close to our son's address. The property is in excellent condition and most comfortable, in a quiet area and a typical Leipzig building. Being on the ground floor made it accessible for my wife who uses a wheelchair but can manage the short staircase up to the hall.The tram stop is a short walk away giving ready access to the city and all its attractions. Altogether a peaceful and convenient base for exploring the city.”
