“Kudos to hotel associate Gloria, who wore many hats during our stay. She was busy going to and from the entire time, laughing and smiling. From checking us in, to helping with the TV connection, to working the breakfast shift (while handling the front desk), she was on top of things without hesitation and with full command of the entire operation. Aside from Gloria's exceptional service, the room was large, comfortable, and clean. The bed comfort was heavenly. The only lack of a 1-star was no……
