The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with stunning mountain and lake views from your window, a convenient closet, and luggage stand for storage. A newly renovated guest bathroom is located just across the hall, providing modern amenities and easy access.

The third bedroom, located at the back of the house, offers ultimate privacy and comfort with a king bed and wired nightstands featuring USB and electrical plugs. Guesthouse located on the property (behind main house) may also be hosting 1-2 guests. Guesthouse has it's own private driveway and entrance separate from the main house.

Lake Lanier is a private, exclusive lake reserved for property owners in our neighborhood, and we're excited to extend this privilege to our guests. At The Boathouse, you can experience the lake in many ways—take a swim, ride the pedal boat, unwind by the fire pit, and more. If fishing is your passion, cast your line directly from the dock and try your luck with bass, carp, and catfish (catch and release).

Access to the lake is via a large shared dock located at The Boathouse (across the street from the main house).
