“First of all, this was a tremendous house. Very spacious living room/den/kitchen area that allowed our entire group to spend time together easily. The bedrooms were ample and clean. The basement was very fun and full of games (pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc). Wraparound deck with hot tub. Just a great house. The location was literally minutes away from Hunter Mountain and up the street from a supermarket. The nearby town was very quaint and we spent time walking around a bit. Joseph, the……

“We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on Friday and left on sunday. The owner greeted us and was very accommodating.His manager Joel was a phone call away for anything we needed. I had my 85 yr old mom with me and she has difficulty walking. I only wish there was a room on the first floor. This is a great home for large families. Very large decks. It was nice to see my adult kids sit and reminiscing with their cousins. Between the hot tub, playing corn hole and just sitting back relaxing before……

“We are visiting from CA and had some of our family meet us here. Gorgeous home that comfortably fit all of us for some quality family time. The beds were cozy and the kitchen well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the property running in the fields, catching fireflies, watching movies and playing board games. Lots of great hiking trails in the area too. Really enjoyed our time and would absolutely stay here again!”

“Visited Windham with family and luckily I came across this beautiful house to stay. This will be my to go place in Windham. The indoor pool was a plus, kids had a lot of fun. One thing I’ll mention is level of chlorine in the water, my kids had teary and itchy eyes and coughing after being in the pool for awhile. They got better the next day. I was told that it was the right amount in it and even lady showed up to make sure that it was fine. I appreciate for what they did. Maybe kids are not……

“We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. ”
