Our host was considerate like you'd expect a proper hotel should be -- no need to run around to a store to pick up a little shampoo if you forgot it. Extremely communicative from the moment we booked, which was another above and beyond aspect.”

“Perfect for a family member’s birthday. The back yard is lovely. Had many deer come visit. Even with no leaves on the trees couldn’t make out the road way behind. Peaceful and quiet with so many great restaurants nearby ( and the regular Williamsburg attractions too, but not what we were there for.) Grocery store just a minute up the road, we enjoyed cooking for everyone in the kitchen. The house is well laid out for a small gathering. ”

“Nice property however needs a deep cleaning….refrigerator, under beds, sticky floors, and ceiling fan definitely needs attention. Nice area. The dining area antique table and chairs are not comfortable…the rest of the couches and chairs are good…lots of room and nice game room.”

“I celebrate Thanksgiving every year with a weekend away with my grown kids and their families. I find a different house each year, and this one did not disappoint! Dustin was very responsive and immediately took care of an issue with downed limbs on the deck and firepit. The open layout of the house was perfect for my grandson, who never stops moving! The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the firepit and swings. The quiet location and beautiful sunsets over……

“We stayed for 4 nights while visiting family nearby, and had a most pleasant, relaxing stay. The house was roomy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed looking through the extensive book collection (we would have loved more time to read!), sitting on the screened deck overlooking a wooded area, and the well laid out kitchen. “Upstairs/downstairs condo(s) that were perfect for our large group and offered each enough privacy. Very clean and spacious. Close to amenities that we needed, tucked away in a nice location. Shame we were so busy that we did not get a chance to enjoy the resort.”
