The deck and scenic water views across Swan Bay just added to the feeling of spaciousness. The house is on a busy main road, but the traffic noise did not bother us at all. We felt that the open scenery more than made up for it. Would happily stay again. A very homely and well-located base from which to explore Phillip Island.”

“A beautiful property We had a wonderful short term stay at Rose Sea Cottage.The property has been thoroughly modernised & done so in a thoughtful, functional manner. Amenities & facilities are all excellent.The house was clean, spacious & highly functional. with several separate living zones, which would be perfect for families.There is a good sized yard, front & back, & off street parking as well.We traveled with a pet & the property is securely fenced to keep him safe.We are trying to work out……
