“in general it is fine, but the wifi & room service has to be improved. the wifi is too weak, and after the staff clean up our room, they forgot to give us the new towel. when we called the receptionist, they kept finding the excuse and asked us to wait for tomorrow, although they gave us the new towel finally. ”

“제일 큰 빌라를 친구 4명이서 갔는데, 빌라 자체 시설은 훌륭하나. 프라이빗 풀은 바닷물과 섞여있는듯이 짠물이였으며, 2층 마스터룸에서는 샤워랑 욕조 세면대 전부 뜨거운물이 안나왔고. 청소시 환기를 했나 체크인했을때 빌라 내부 전체 및 각 방에 벌레가 엄청 많았으며, 제일 불편한점은 내선전화로 프론트랑 연결이 안되, 유선전화로 직접 전화하거나 잘로로 대화해야하고 프론트랑 직원 전체적으로 영어가 잘 안통함. 재 방문의사 없음”

“We got this place for around $40, which was a good deal. Beach was cleaned every morning, clean rooms, tasty meals. Breakfasts were ok but not 4* as well as the pool, nice, children friendly but not 4*. It is far from the city. If you like a quiet place out of reach of bars, clubs and restaurants, it will be the place for you. Also, $70+ you will find a better quality 4* hotel...”

“Check all the furniture before checking in.. they can blame you for any broken items there.. as we’re 2 adult with no kids.. they try blame us for broken the telephone desk… we don’t even knew what’s broken at the end they said it fixable .. so no charge .. ”

“En deilig plass å slappe av i Vietnam. Veldig skjermet og privat, med gode fasiliteter og alltid god plass. Fire av fem stjerner siden badet hadde to sluk med problemer (badekar og dusj), som gjentok seg hele uken, fremfor å bli fikset skikkelig. De ansatte er flinke, men trenger litt mer opplæring, og det er ikke deres feil. Alle ansatte, fra gartnere til servitører er veldig høflige og serviceinnstilte. Utnytt mulighetene på plassen; gå langs stranden uten å bli plaget av andre, slapp av……

“The staff were super friendly and attentive. However the property had some problems. U booked a 4-bedroom villa which had too many keys, very confusing, the villa didn’t have enough lighting in the living room, hot water was not working very well. It has so much potential, i hope they improve the property in the future.”

“The bathroom was sparkling clean, with great water pressure. Towels and toiletries were provided in good condition. It’s a great spot for solo travelers or couples. Easy access to the city center without being too noisy. I felt safe and well taken care of.”
