"Our front desk guy was amazing!! He helped with directions, food to order, laundry snd room! Absolutely the best!! The upgrade to better room for the inconveniences of cancelled flights and train helped us unwind so much meant the world! Ty"

Worst reception ever! Hidden entrance.
"I had late checkin at night and no one was at the reception. The hotel entrance is hidden even it's well location right next to the train station. It took me lots of time to find out that i should have received a password for the safe box to get my room key, however, i did not receive anything. Luckily ..."
