“Property was exactly as described, but what made it extra special was the little touches provided by the owners. On arrival, a traditional cream tea and a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us as well as tea, coffee and a little carton of milk so no need to dash to the shop. The first evening the owners lit tea lights in lanterns leading to the front door. All very sweet and thoughtful. Very peaceful location but very easy access to Mevagissey and Fowey. Would ‘t hesitate to recommend and……

“We had a lovely long weekend weekend staying at Guinevere. The house is beautifully decorated and was really well set up for the 6 of us to have plenty of space. The location is super - right in the centre of Fowey and walking distance from the beach. We had some lovely walks from here along the coastal path and took the ferry to Polruan for a walk to Lantic Bay. The seagulls were quite noisy but the earplugs provided worked a treat so we all slept well!”

“The tiny garage to park in and the steps up to the property are all worth it when you see the views up and down the river. The picture window with the window seat is wonderful and the view from the bedroom is incredible. This property is managed by Cornish Horizons and payment ends up being directly to them. There is a lock box check in. My only criticism would be that I think that dish liquid, toilet paper and salt should be included. ”

“Lovely relaxing stay. Decor a bit dated and rear entrance to property not too safe as staircase is very wobbly. En suites were great and views fantastic. With a bit of tidying outside and a little bit more heating we would be willing to pay more to stay there again. Overall though a really relaxing time. Thank you”
