You don’t even need to leave the property to see more rare birds because this place is in their habitat and the rare birds are on this property all around you. On the property in the owners woods (which has many trails) I saw common yellowthroats, American redstarts, orioles, warblers, the best was a cerulean warbler) vireos, towhees, indigo……
