“This is truly a gem of a place! We had 4 families stay, 17 ages 16-50 and a 1 year old. Plenty of beds, plus there were air mattresses if needed. Everything we needed for 1 year old, even toys outside. Can’t say enough about the outdoor area, where we spent all our time when at the house. Lots of place for all of us. We grilled and used fire pit with no problem. The outdoor tv was fun, watched a movie while playing cards at night. Pool was amazing, and way bigger than we thought. Absolutely no……

“The condo is spacious and comfortable. We only stayed one night so we didn't use the kitchen which looked to be well equipped.We selected it because we thought is was truly a first floor unit with an at-grade entrance. What they don't tell you is that it is the lowest unit, but it requires you to carry your belongings up and down seven steps. ”

“We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion! The home was a great place to gather—plenty of space, and the rooms were fresh, clean, and inviting. The kids were so happy with the pool and hot tub! Shaymond was an outstanding host—very communicative and helpful. He even stopped by personally to assist with the backyard lights, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for home base!”

“This was close to all the downtown activities we were in KC for. Close to Crown Center, Union Station, WWI. Right by Hospital hill. Beds were good. House is as described in listing. Old house with creaky floors, one bathroom in the middle of the 4 main bedrooms. Attic floating bed and jacuzzi were up a strange set of stairs- we did not stay up there. But house was adequate with full kitchen and living areas.”
