“Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend.”

“Apart hotel. Ons apartment lag op de tweede verdieping. Uitgebreide instructies ontvangen via whatsapp. Alles in het appartement is aanwezig. De schuifpui naar het balkon was stuk. Dit hebben we gelijk bij aankomst gemeld en was verder geen probleem. Ontbijt is beneden op de begane grond. Overdag is er receptie aanwezig”

“Primeiro, como media de minhas respostas acima, a estadia foi muito boa; algumas observações: o colchão está muito velho, tem uma caída, muito acentuada, no meio dele, que faz com que surjam algumas dores nas costas; a cozinha existe, com talheres, pratos, copos, além de uma panela e frigideira, e é só; nem material para passar um café existe. As portas, de entrada e de acesso ao banheiro não estão em condições muito boas, a do banheiro, inclusive, às vezes tranca, com muita dificuldade para……
