Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. “All inclusive food was excellent - plenty of variety and tasty. All inclusive drinks were ok too - plenty of free options and some paid options. Cocktails were pre-mixed. Staff incredibly friendly, especially in the restaurant and pool bar. Apartments are nice, spacious, and clean. ”

“Nice hotel overall but not 5 stars. Upon arrival no directions for parking, nobody reaches out to help with luggage until you go to front desk. Multiple loungers around a small pool create definitely not 5 star impression. Rooms though are cozy and nicely renovated. The island itself is majestic and getting out of hotel was the best thing to do! ”

“A modern hotel situated right on beachfront very clean with good sized bedrooms. Only downside for us was the lack of bar facilities. Although the very attractive rooftop pool and bar was well advertised it was not open and the 'piano bar' was only open during dinner. Plenty of bars in the vicinity however. Reasonable breakfast with good choice but buffet dinner a little disappointing.”
