“工作人員服務態度很好，房間很新設計也很有格調周遭有很多小吃沙嗲等等但是衛生環境(外面街上的)就一般了 房間整潔設計有特色，像是從香港蘭桂坊取素材酒店會播放廣東歌曲在早餐的時候”

“The facility is old. The faucet in bathroom is broken, the water is not hot at all. After the staff came to fix it for 20 minutes, the water is still barely warm. It was because I only stayed for one night, so I didn't bother asking them fix again. The light control doesn't make much sense. I had to turn on or turn off the light at once, not able to turn off most of the light and keep a small light on.”

“Traffic jam is a normal in this area. The room was excellent with full facilities. I reserved the standard room but it was specious enough for me and my boyfriend. Very cost effective. I will be back if I come to Jakarta again. ”

“除了床單還算是乾淨 其他乏善可陳,廁所使用壁紙多處已經發霉,洗澡時排水功能很差,五分鐘淹腳踝, 冰箱基本上根本沒冷藏的功能, 最糟糕的是櫃台, 中午12點check out時, check-out櫃台根本沒人, 結果是在check-in櫃台check out...... 櫃台人員看到我拿著行李在check-out櫃台排也不會跟我說, 就讓我站在那等, 然後我問了之後改排check-out櫃台, 排了20分鐘只有前面兩組客人都無法完成check out, 最後我把門卡丟在櫃台就走, 否則如果塞車會趕不上飛機.. 非常不好的體驗”

“There is very little soundproofing at this hotel. You can hear the noise from the room next door and also from the hallway. If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is not ideal. Also, cleanliness could be better, there was hair everywhere in the room and they only provide 2 body towels, no hand or face towels. Lastly, the elevators are very slow. There are only 3 elevators for 39 floors, you will have to wait at least 5 minutes each time you want to use it. Only positive is that wifi worked well……
