“Clean and neat”

“The property management is awful. When I checked in- no starter items (toilet paper, soap etc.), came back later than night and items were there. Went to get in bed and found no sheets. Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot. Called repeatedly and was told they would try to fix it that day. No apologies for this huge inconvenience. The only positive about the……

“It’s absolutely impossible to reach the owner/manager of the location, your support team was also unable to reach them my check in day. The property is so unsafe and unsatisfactory this property should not be allowed to be rented. I sent photos to your support team because I could not allow my family to stay there.
