“The host was amazing. He was so communicative, safe and welcoming. I believe sometimes when visiting a new city there are worries and fears but the host went out of their way to give amazing recommendations, amazing help and was responsive to whatever we needed. We had forgotten my headphones in the hotel and he texted us immediately, held on to them and was available after midnight to pick them up after checking out, it meant so much to us. "The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They helped us pre-booked the taxi for several trips and responded to our requests very quickly. The air con in our one-bedroom suite was strong enough during the super hot days in Prishtina. The daily cleaning of the room was high standard.
The hotel is located 3 mins walk from a convenient store and 6 mins walk to the main street has lots of restaurants. The reception was available 24 hours , the staffs communicated among themselves really well, we were carefree during our stay.
I highly recommend City Inn, we had a very pleasant stay!"
