Cabin on the Big Sioux River with a 100 acre wood.

This a home that was built in 2012. It is outfitted with new everything, appliances, beds, furniture, gas grill, linens, everything.Very open floor plan with 25 foot ceiling in the great room. Huge 17 foot high fireplace in the great room. Open balcony above with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The walkout basement level is now finished, it now has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and 3 couches. So there are five beds in all, a king sized one in the master bedroom, 2 queen sized beds in the upper loft area and 2 queen sized beds in the basement. hot tub out back. Huge deck off the great room. The back of the home faces SW overlooking the beautiful river valley. The lights of Sioux Falls can be seen in the distance 12 miles away.

Weekend Bridal Shower

We took a weekend get away with the bride to be and her bridesmaids to celebrate with her family. A very small group joined us for a shower sat afternoon to celebrate and the day was amazing. The space was perfect for this. The cabin was describe as being the most elegant set up they have ever seen. What a special space you shared with us. Slept three kids ( 13, 7, and 4) and 6 adults very comfortably for us. Highly recommend this space for any getaway! We will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

The house was perfect for 10 women. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The great room and kitchen are spacious for hanging out. The house and property are beautiful. We had great weather so lots of deck time and an amazing hike to the river. The hot tub is big and a nice touch. The 360 views are stunning. I would highly recommend this home.

We have stayed here several times now. The kids are always excited to go to the cabin. We all love the huge outdoor space and the hot tub!! We had a brief power outage in the master bedroom on Saturday evening but the guys were able to get it going again. We’ll probably be back next year, God willing. Thank you

The house was clean, had a lot of space, and in a great location. The upstairs is open to the great room (loft style) so if you have people waking/sleeping at different times, like small kids along with young adults like we did, that can be a little tricky. Overall, great place to stay!

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The fireplaces are cozy, there's so much room to spread out, and the hot tub is an added bonus we enjoyed. The house in the country was so quiet and a wonderful change from the city.

This house was perfect for our brother/sister weekend (4 families) with plenty of space for everyone. If someone needed a little quiet space the 2 living rooms provided it. The deck was perfect for sunrise/sunset viewing. Just a gorgeous house from top to bottom with everything we needed.

Friends weekend!

The booking process and communication with the hosts before our trip was great. Kevin answered and/or accommodated any questions I had. House was clean and and accurate based off the listing, beautiful property without any neighbors too close so we didn't have to worry if our music was too loud or if we were bothering anyone else! The house had a ton of amenities that we utilized such as the patio area, grill, hot tub, along with different household items that we were able to use that made our stay very easy and stress free!. Only good things to say about our experience, highly recommend this place for any gathering or weekend away with friends or family! Thank you Kevin and Garn for letting us enjoy your home!

Beautiful Views Just Outside of Sioux Falls, SD

The place was gorgeous and was just as expected. So much fun was had by all and it was the perfect location for driving to Sioux Falls. The sunset views from the deck were amazing and we had plenty of room for the kids to run around and play.

Perfect getaway without traveling far

This was the perfect house to celebrate some milestones with a close group of friends! There was plenty of space to gather without being crowded in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
