Dirty and noisy stay
They are remodeling the hotel so there is a lot of dust and noise everywhere at any time and there are a lot of bugs (cockroaches). Also the contractors are using the same elevator than hosts and they carry up their tools full of dust

The property is currently under MAJOR renovations! Front Desk informed us that they will be complete in November 2024. Until then, i would recommend this property for only a one night stay, as we did. The reservation price did seem to reflect the inconvenience of the construction. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were absolutely great!

Siempre nos hemos hospedado en ese hotel, y a pesar de que la propiedad es vieja, no hemos tenido ningún inconveniente, en estos momentos está en remodelación, y entonces a pesar de estar muy económico, pues faltan muchas cosas que antes si tenia, es comprensible, sin embargo actualmente no cuenta con desayunador, alberca, hielos en el piso,nos cambiaron de habitación porque no había luz en una parte del cuarto, y la habitación que nos dieron no jalaba la llave, entonces la recepcionista tenía que subir con nosotros cada vez que subíamos, en completa disponibilidad, súper dispuesta a ayudarnos, pero era incómodo no traer llave, tampoco había clima en el lobby y está súper sucio por las reparaciones, mucho material en el estacionamiento, entrada etc, repito, siempre nos hemos quedado aquí y la opinión es cómo luce en estos momentos, la amabilidad del personal excelente.

I arrived to hotel to my surprise that the hotel was under renovation lobby and rooms were dusty and with a smell of moisture we were unable to open our room as the key cards did not work we were moved room three times to attempt to accommodate but with no avail had to leave hotel and book some where else

Under remodeling
There's remodeling work and the hotel is a mess. Noisy, dirt in the elevators and lobby, room was clean though. It was a bit scary on the way to the room seeing all the work being done. The hotel should be closed until work is finished, otherwise it's just an unpleasant experience
