“The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), mice were running from the ceiling at night.”

“In the area for a wedding. This location is on a beautiful area. The house was comfortable & had all we needed. Its rustic but very nice.”

“Our extended family of 25 found BlackBerry Ranch to be perfect for a wedding at Mountain House “next door”. We even had 1 extra cottage to use for hair & makeup. The Victorian was ideal for everyone to gather - having come from various parts of the country, it was so nice to have a place to hang out together!! The beds were so comfy & we had everything we needed - even baby goats and ducks to feed. We only wish we could have stayed longer!! The setting is so peaceful with lovely views!! There……

“Fit our group of 9 and accommodated our activities.Definitely good spot for bird enthusiasts and bass fishers (a few came up and fished at our dock while we were here).We're able to go to Upperlake and Clearlake pretty quickly, so it was a good central hub. Local market was convenient.”
