“雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險”

“Good and efficient communication before checking in. They arranged a check-in agent to meet us on-site.
The closest metro station is Vittorio Emanuele, but we had some extra walking from Roma Termini station (about 15-20mins while carrying luggages), so as to avoid chaos in the metro in Rome.
Just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. We felt safe to walk around in the neighbourhood at night.
We booked a one-bedroom apartment (with a sofa bed in the living room). The apartment……

“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”

“The property has a lot of grafitti on the outside, and the elevator is ultra small. The apartment was clean, nice female touches, cute, loaded with snacks.

“The apartment is big, very tidy and clean. All I need is fully equipped. It is convenient to get to the attractions because it is close to tram station. I can tell the owner is passion for running the B&B through the decorations inside the apartment. It is definitely the best B&B I have ever stayed in Italy.”

“Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. “It’s my first stay here and won’t be the last! I love Social Hub.
Location: conveniently located 2-3 min walk away from a bus station. It was great for me since I rely on public transportation to get around in Rome.
